Disabled Facilities


Wellington Airport (WLG) is fully physically-accessible for travellers with disabilities and special needs. These disabled airport facilities include ramp walkways, wheelchair set downs, easy access for wheelchair users, wide lifts / elevators to all floors with special Braille buttons, disabled toilets and designated disabled parking spaces in Wellington Airport's car parking areas. Wheelchairs are also available at the airport if required, although it is always advisable for disabled travellers to inform the airport of any special requirements prior to arriving at Wellington Airport.
